We specialise in the reverse acquisition of companies on behalf of parent/associate companies. For a one-off fee, which will include our own funding and external costs (tax planning, legals, regulatory advices etc), we will purchase the company from you using nominees and normally look to trade the same for at least 12 months before re-assessing performance.
In a lot of cases the disposee company continues to trade and is sold to the incumbent management. (It’s amazing how efficient a company can become when it realises it no longer has substantial corporate backing.)
